About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Customer Experience and Engagement Analyst to support Brighterion’s customers using our Acquiring Fraud solutions. The role focuses on driving adoption, engagement and satisfaction across the MEA region.
Key responsibilities
- Promote additional adoption of Brighterion services through existing and new channels.
- Manage relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Upsell complementary services and identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in customer implementation and status meetings.
- Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and address issues.
- Coordinate activities between Brighterion Implementation, Product, and MPGS internal teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience working in payments and fraud solutions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience interacting with customers and asking forward‑thinking questions.
