About the role
Mastercard is looking for a Product Operations Manager to lead analytics and promotions for its Loyalty products. The role focuses on managing loyalty data analytics, coordinating promotions, and delivering accurate reporting across regions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee loyalty data analytics and ensure high‑quality reporting.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and track their performance.
- Support client engagements, including consulting services, test‑and‑learn experiments, and impact analysis.
- Develop scalable advanced analytics solutions for Loyalty product clients.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into business actions.
Required profile
- Undergraduate or master’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a data‑driven consulting or analytics organization.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client‑facing situations.
- Proven project‑management capabilities and teamwork orientation.
