Senior Electrical Material Technical Office Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Material Technical Office Engineer to lead the material management processes across all electrical projects. The role ensures accurate reporting, documentation, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver periodic and lesson‑learned reports for all projects with high accuracy and on time.
• Maintain the EUC library on the server, updating supplier contacts, data sheets, catalogues, pre‑qualifications and new material information.
• Identify and raise potential variation notices within two working days, providing supporting documentation.
• Issue and review Service Requests (SR), Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) and Vendor Requests (VR) to the Supply Chain department, ensuring no returns due to quality issues.
• Supervise material submittals, collect samples, address consultant comments and revise junior engineers’ submissions.
• Request and evaluate technical offers from suppliers/subcontractors, adhering to the monthly plan and quality standards.
• Produce material lists, coding and startup activities for all projects, meeting required dates and quality criteria.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical office or material management position.
• Strong knowledge of electrical project documentation and supplier coordination.
