Senior Engineer II – Electrical Systems Technical Execution Lead

About the role

As a Senior Engineer II – Electrical Systems Technical Execution Lead, you will drive the design, integration and delivery of complex electrical solutions for Schneider Electric projects in New Cairo. You will act as the primary technical liaison between customers, internal teams and external vendors, ensuring solutions meet performance, safety and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical qualification, solution design and quotation activities, leveraging Schneider Electric product portfolio.
• Develop detailed and basic designs for integrated electrical systems and obtain customer approvals.
• Manage technical risk, scope changes and optimisation opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and certify compliance with design specifications.
• Oversee installation, commissioning and warranty phases, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, purchasing and external subcontractors to align on deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system design and project execution.
• Proven track record of leading technical discussions with customers and managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of contract requirements, technical risk assessment and change management.
