Senior Exterior Architectural Designer

About the role

Archpix Engineering Consultants is seeking a Senior Exterior Architectural Designer to join its Design Department in El Shorouk City, Cairo. The role focuses exclusively on exterior architecture, requiring strong expertise in façade design, massing studies, and overall architectural composition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of exterior architectural concepts from schematic design to detailed documentation.
• Produce high‑quality visualisations and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct façade design, massing studies, and architectural composition analyses.
• Maintain design standards and ensure compliance with local and, where applicable, UAE/Dubai project regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in exterior architectural design.
• Proven track record of delivering façade and massing studies for commercial or residential projects.
• Portfolio demonstrating completed exterior architectural projects.
• Familiarity with UAE/Dubai project standards is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Expertise with Corona Renderer, V‑Ray, and Lumion.
• Strong skills in Revit and Photoshop.
• Excellent design presentation and visualisation abilities.
