Senior Exterior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Exterior Designer to join our onsite team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will combine strong design sensibility with technical proficiency in industry‑standard software to create compelling exterior concepts for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative exterior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and client‑facing presentations.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections using AutoCAD and Revit, coordinating with interior designers, structural engineers and MEP teams.
• Create detailed 3D models in SketchUp and Revit, and generate photorealistic renderings and walkthrough animations with Lumion.
• Prepare high‑quality presentation graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for client and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and other designers to meet deadlines, attend site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with company quality standards, brand guidelines and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in exterior design with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian or GCC building codes and municipal approval processes is a plus.
• Bilingual Arabic and English is advantageous but not mandatory.
