About the role
SuperPark is looking for a Senior Guest Experience Host to lead the guest journey at its new indoor activity park in 6 October City, Egypt. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will ensure every visitor enjoys a safe, fun and memorable experience while supporting daily park operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, answer questions and provide information about park activities.
- Deliver interactive experiences and ensure high standards of service throughout the visitor’s stay.
- Oversee daily operations, including coordination with food & beverage and sales teams.
- Train, mentor and coach team members to maintain excellent service quality.
- Collaborate with sales to promote park offerings and drive attendance.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer‑service skills.
- 2–4 years of experience training team members and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Proven teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Background in entertainment, recreation or hospitality is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
