Senior HR Specialist

About the role

The Senior HR Specialist will lead employee relations cases, ensure labor law compliance, and manage end‑of‑service calculations across the UAE, KSA and Jordan. This role requires a deep understanding of regional employment legislation and the ability to handle complex, high‑risk HR matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, misconduct investigations and workplace disputes, documenting findings and preparing investigation reports.
• Handle contested exits and high‑risk cases, ensuring a complete and accurate documentation trail.
• Follow up on labor complaints filed with MOHRE, KSA labor offices and the Jordanian Ministry of Labor, coordinating responses with legal counsel.
• Provide guidance on UAE, KSA and Jordan labor law requirements, monitor legislative changes and recommend actions.
• Review employment contracts and HR policies for compliance, flagging risks and maintaining country‑specific compliance reference guides.
• Prepare and audit end‑of‑service and gratuity calculations, maintaining updated templates per country.
• Prepare labor authority correspondence, filings and support government inspections with required documentation.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of HR experience focused on employee relations and labor law compliance in the GCC (UAE and/or KSA essential; Jordan a plus).
• Hands‑on experience calculating EOS/gratuity under UAE, KSA and Jordan labor laws.
• Experience handling labor complaints and disciplinary cases.
• HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, SPHRi) is a plus.
