About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead the design and delivery of high‑performance applications. You will work remotely with a global team of top‑tier engineers, shaping architecture and mentoring junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex .NET applications using .NET Core and C#.
• Make architectural decisions and contribute to long‑term technical strategy.
• Mentor junior and semi‑senior developers, fostering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Evaluate and promote adoption of new .NET technologies and practices.
• Provide technical insights to project managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
• Strong grasp of SOLID principles and clean‑code methodology.
• Proven experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and high code‑coverage standards.
• Ability to make informed technical decisions and guide teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.
