About the role
TMG is looking for a sophisticated, highly driven Senior Property Consultant to join its elite sales team. In this senior position you will act as a trusted wealth and lifestyle advisor, managing high‑net‑worth portfolios and driving premium real‑estate acquisitions for elite investors and homeowners.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate and sell TMG’s flagship properties using comprehensive negotiation strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with customers to enhance rapport and trust.
- Proactively generate leads through referrals, networking and targeted outreach.
- Meet and exceed agreed‑upon sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximise results.
- Provide market insights, customer needs and competitive activity reports to management.
- Stay informed about current sales market trends, best practices and promotional strategies.
- Process customer orders by referencing price lists and product literature, directing customers to appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate daily call logs, weekly plans and monthly performance reports.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, preparing recommendations for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in real‑estate sales.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work from alternate locations as needed.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a results‑oriented mindset.
