Senior Sales Operations and Lead Generation

About the role

Advansys is seeking a Senior Sales Operations and Lead Generation professional to support and guide the sales team across the full sales cycle. You will ensure smooth quoting, proposal creation, order management, and contract administration while driving lead generation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to the sales team in quoting, proposal creation, order management, and contract administration.
• Manage and maintain CRM system data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations to align and streamline sales processes.
• Develop and implement sales policies, procedures, and guidelines to boost productivity.
• Create and deliver sales performance reports and dashboards for decision‑making.
• Assist in designing and managing sales incentive programs.
• Support lead generation and qualification activities, including prospecting, cold outreach, and meeting booking.
• Provide training and onboarding for new sales team members.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related function.
• Proven experience in SDR or sales lead generation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
