Senior ServiceNow Developer – Innovation Hub

About the role

Deloitte Innovation Hub in Cairo is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join its consulting team. You will work on designing, building, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for a variety of clients, helping them automate processes and improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and configure new and existing ServiceNow features based on client requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and support to application product owners.
• Optimize and automate business processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Support daily administration of the ServiceNow environment and related applications.
• Analyze client requirements and deliver solutions that follow platform best‑practices.
• Create and maintain design specifications, process diagrams, and instructional documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of services based on end‑user feedback.
• Expand your ServiceNow certification portfolio through ongoing learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development or similar SaaS platforms.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent English proficiency.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundation concepts and ability to produce technical design documentation.
• Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and SOAP.
