Senior Technical Office Architecture Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Office Architecture Engineer to join LMS Construction’s technical team. The role involves ensuring that architectural designs are accurate, compliant and effectively coordinated with all project disciplines on large‑scale construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications and Bill of Quantities to verify accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with design, site and MEP teams to resolve technical issues and support smooth project execution.
• Prepare shop drawings, as‑built drawings and material submittals.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical assistance to site teams as needed.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards and client requirements.
• Assist in cost estimation, variation orders and value‑engineering proposals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (preferably from a governmental university).
• 5–7 years of experience in technical office roles within construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials and construction methods.
• Excellent coordination, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with other relevant design and coordination software.
