Senior Tour Operator

About the role

TravelYalla is seeking an experienced Senior Tour Operator to design, coordinate, and deliver high‑quality travel experiences for both FIT and group clients. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless tour execution from booking through completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage FIT & group tour packages, handling all components from flights to sightseeing.
• Coordinate flights, hotels, ground transportation, and ancillary services.
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners, negotiating competitive rates.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, booking confirmations, and required travel documentation.
• Oversee daily tour operations, resolve issues promptly, and uphold high customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team with destination expertise, customized solutions, and pricing.
• Monitor tour profitability, keep accurate booking records, and contribute to new product development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tour operations within the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations and operational processes.
• Experience working with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
