Senior Warehouse Supervisor – Manage Operations in Egypt

About the role

Aramex is looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Egypt. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity targets.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Control operational costs related to labor, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, addressing any issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
