SEO Manager (WordPress)

About the role

Kirmell is seeking a hands‑on SEO Manager to own and execute its search strategy. You will work in a flexible environment, balancing strategic planning with day‑to‑day optimisation tasks, and you will have the chance to contribute to broader digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the full SEO strategy, covering on‑page, off‑page and technical elements.
• Manage and optimise website content within WordPress.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
• Improve site performance, rankings and organic traffic.
• Monitor, analyse and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other tools.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO‑friendly output.
• Support ad‑hoc digital tasks such as website updates, landing‑page creation and growth experiments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an SEO role with measurable results.
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects.
• Bonus: broader digital skills in CRO, content, paid ads or basic web development.
