Site Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Construction Supervision Lead

About the role

Worley is seeking a Site Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Construction Supervision Lead to direct on‑site supervision of I&C installations for nuclear power plant projects. You will ensure safe, efficient delivery while meeting technical, quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the I&C construction supervision team.
• Oversee I&C installation, construction, and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, technical and regulatory requirements.
• Interface with the customer and key stakeholders, providing regular progress reports.
• Review technical documentation, procedures and contractor deliverables.
• Manage resources and promote multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Maintain adherence to project execution plans and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• 10+ years of nuclear power plant construction supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear electrical and I&C codes and standards.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams.
• Excellent English communication and report‑writing skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in I&C systems and construction practices.
