About the role

The Store Manager leads the overall performance, profitability and operational excellence of the branch. This role ensures high standards in customer experience, food quality, team performance and financial results while adhering to company policies and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor product quality, presentation and service consistency.
  • Manage inventory, ordering and stock control to minimize waste and loss.
  • Handle maintenance issues and keep the store operationally ready.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Monitor daily sales reports, P&L, food cost and labor cost.
  • Control expenses and optimise cost efficiency.
  • Develop and execute local sales initiatives to increase revenue.
  • Reduce shrinkage and prevent operational losses.
  • Recruit, train and develop store team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback.
  • Build a motivated, high‑performance team culture.
  • Ensure proper scheduling and manpower planning.
  • Handle team conflicts and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards and address complaints promptly.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Maintain store ambiance, cleanliness and brand image.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain health and safety standards according to local regulations.
  • Ensure staff adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in food‑and‑beverage or coffee operations.
  • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
  • Good financial and analytical skills, including sales, cost control and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Experience with inventory management, ordering and stock control.
  • Ability to monitor sales reports, profitability and labour costs.
