About the role
We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie specialized in Garde Manger to join our growing catering team. In this position you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting a variety of cold dishes while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute cold kitchen items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Support menu execution for catering events and daily service operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Required profile
- Experience working in a cold kitchen or Garde Manger environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced catering setting.
- Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
