About the role

The Store Manager will lead a premium retail location, driving sales performance while delivering a VIP‑level customer experience. This role combines operational oversight, team development, and strategic merchandising to grow brand loyalty and market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze store performance data to spot trends, market opportunities, and implement growth strategies.
• Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring every client receives bespoke, VIP service.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations professionally.
• Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top‑tier sales talent.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop staff.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with global campaigns and brand aesthetics.
• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, floor coverage, and compliance.
• Oversee inventory levels, replenishment cycles, and loss‑prevention initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in premium, luxury, or bridge brands.
• Proven ability to meet aggressive sales goals and manage operational budgets.
• Deep knowledge of fashion trends, seasonal collections, and the premium retail landscape.
• Strong leadership track record in coaching and developing high‑performing sales teams.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
