Supply Finance Analyst

About the role

The Supply Finance Analyst acts as a trusted partner to the organisation, providing financial support to the Commercial and Factory teams. The role covers the ICP planning and forecasting process across the MEA and Non-MEA source units, giving insights on price, volume and mix for MEA Prime, and supporting the Supply Finance team with ad-hoc analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business support and financial guidance to the Commercial team, Supply team and markets
• Act as Finance Analyst for Markets and Factories, including ICP calculations, understanding and forecasting for MEA and Non-MEA source units
• Work with FP&A and Supply to consolidate source unit input and understand period actuals
• Analyse the Prime budget and manage ad-hoc financial reporting
• Generate and share insights that drive efficiency, continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Support strong financial and governance acumen, track action plans for key initiatives and escalate operating plan variances

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, including manufacturing or supply chain business partnering/accounting
• CPA or MBA preferred

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial accounting, GAAP and internal controls
• Experience in accounting period close and financial analysis, and financial statements
• Working knowledge of supply processes and financial insights and analysis
• SAP preferred; ability to work in various financial systems and meet deadlines
