Swift Engineer – Remote Contract – Up to $35/hr

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Swift Engineer to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will evaluate AI‑generated Swift and iOS solutions, ensuring they meet production‑grade standards for correctness, performance, and architectural soundness.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Swift and iOS code for maintainability, performance, UI logic quality, and architectural integrity.
• Analyze codebases for memory‑management issues, ARC behavior, UI rendering, state handling, and asynchronous workflows.
• Identify methodological errors, performance bottlenecks, concurrency problems, and lifecycle issues.
• Write clear technical explanations and reference implementations that demonstrate idiomatic Swift and modern iOS practices.
• Compare multiple AI‑generated responses, ranking them on reasoning quality, correctness, and readability.
• Support AI model improvement through annotation, code evaluation, and structured feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong professional experience (mid‑to‑senior level) developing and shipping production iOS applications.
• Proven ability to evaluate Swift code for correctness, maintainability, and performance.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
