Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring the destination meets its staffing objectives while delivering a positive candidate experience. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and builds pipelines through strategic sourcing and employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria and interview expectations.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, professional networks, and other online channels.
• Create job descriptions and interview guides aligned with role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and selection procedures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to work with hiring managers and manage multiple requisitions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive sourcing.
