Key responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
• Use LinkedIn as the primary sourcing channel and maintain internal recruitment systems with daily and weekly updates.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to align hiring activities with workforce planning.
• Meet assigned hiring targets by following structured recruitment plans and adapting to changing business demands.
• Deliver a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience that reinforces Minapharm’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Entry‑level (junior) candidate with strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience with recruitment or applicant tracking systems (ATS) for data entry and reporting.
