Technical Project Manager (Dynamics 365 CRM)

About the role

We are partnering with a global consulting firm to support the build‑out of a leading digital bank in Egypt. The Technical Project Manager will lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives, working in a hybrid setting from our New Cairo office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure timely execution.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive agile delivery practices and project governance.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and project status reporting.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, QA, and business teams to align technical and business requirements.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with enterprise and banking standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM projects in enterprise environments.
• Proven background in technical project management and software delivery.
• Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
• PMP, Scrum or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
