Technical Recruiter

About the role

ProspexCRM is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead the acquisition of top‑tier talent for engineering, IT, operations and other specialized functions. The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for engineering, IT, operations and related roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using social media, job boards, networking events and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, team dynamics and organizational goals.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical competence and cultural fit.
• Apply data‑driven recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and track performance.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to attract talent in competitive markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding and recruitment process enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience focused on engineering, IT, operations or similar technical domains.
• Proven ability to understand technical roles and industry‑specific hiring practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
