Technical Trainer – Dell Storage Solutions

About the role

NIIT is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, develop and deliver training on Dell’s enterprise storage platforms. The trainer will enable partners, customers and internal teams to install, configure, manage and troubleshoot high‑end data storage environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive training materials such as presentations, hands‑on lab guides, video tutorials and assessments focused on Dell EMC Storage solutions.
• Deliver Instructor‑Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor‑Led Training (VILT) to technical audiences.
• Maintain deep product expertise on PowerStore, PowerScale (Isilon), PowerFlex, Unity and related data‑protection suites.
• Manage and update demonstration storage environments for practical workshops.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert to bridge product capabilities with customer requirements.
• Continuously refresh training content based on new releases, firmware updates and field feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as Dell Technologies Proven Professional – Storage Management (highly preferred).
• Experience in technical training, consulting or storage administration.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
