Technology Consultant

About the role

The Technology Consultant will lead and manage a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring they align with business objectives across multiple sites, including headquarters, breweries, warehouses and sales offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Implement the Techbase portfolio covering end‑user devices, collaboration tools, cloud & hosting, identity access management, cyber security and data‑center operations.
• Design, deploy and manage network infrastructure and data‑center environments for the headquarters and 11 additional locations.
• Administer server infrastructure, including OS installation, configuration and regular updates.
• Develop and maintain disaster‑recovery plans for all critical IT services, both cloud‑based and on‑premises.
• Maintain a high‑level cyber‑security strategy for the entire network, servers, workstations and production environments.
• Manage telecommunication integration (data, voice, video, cameras) across all sites.
• Analyse industry trends and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Document network configurations, system architecture and support procedures; generate performance and security reports.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or VCP.
