Telesales Team Lead

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is the leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, part of a group of eight classifieds brands with more than 160 million monthly users. As Telesales Team Lead, you will lead the Telesales team and drive revenue growth through effective management of inbound and outbound sales activities. The role suits someone with a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Telesales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Set clear performance goals, monitor individual and team metrics, and give regular feedback and coaching.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to find new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends and team achievements to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a Telesales role, preferably in the classifieds or digital advertising industry.
• Excellent English and strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, analyse sales data, stay calm under pressure and explain products to prospects.
