About the role
Foundever is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Tier 2 Agent to join its UK Hotel Reservations account. You will handle escalated reservation inquiries and provide high‑quality support to UK‑based customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience at every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle Tier 2 customer inquiries related to UK hotel reservations.
- Resolve escalated issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Meet and maintain account KPIs throughout and after the training period.
- Collaborate with team leaders to ensure consistent service delivery.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service.
- C1 level English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Graduate degree (graduates only).
- Male candidates must hold a military certificate.
- Ability to commute to Nasr City (transportation provided).
