UI/UX Designer – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our digital‑transformation team. You will shape end‑to‑end digital products, from early concept through acceptance testing, creating intuitive experiences for sales, marketing and pricing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Delivery and Product Managers to gather, challenge and evaluate user needs and requirements.
• Develop prototypes, wireframes, user journey maps, flow diagrams and interactive UI specifications.
• Apply design‑thinking and human‑centered design methodologies to design, test and refine concepts.
• Present design concepts and rationale to clients in interviews and workshops.
• Conduct user interviews, collect feedback and provide guidance on design topics to clients and consultants.
• Exchange ideas within the team and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of design‑thinking and human‑centered design methodologies.
• Strong creative perspective and ability to translate ideas into visual solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts and articulating decisions.
• Experience working closely with product and delivery teams in an agile environment.
