Missions principales
- Manage and optimize complex staff schedules to ensure continuous operational coverage.
- Coordinate workforce movements and handle all schedule modifications efficiently.
- Identify staffing gaps and proactively suggest solutions to maintain optimal service levels.
- Manage leave requests and attendance tracking in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and resource efficiency.
- Monitor workforce productivity and staffing levels to meet project KPIs.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in workforce management, scheduling, or operational coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast staffing needs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo and adapt to dynamic operational shifts.
Competences requises
- Workforce Management (WFM) software proficiency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Resource planning and optimization.
- Operational coordination and logistics.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
