About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Representative to join TTEC’s night‑shift team supporting a US‑based financial program. Based in Cairo, you will interact with customers via phone, chat or email, delivering fast, courteous solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer communications in French and English during night hours.
- Research and provide accurate information to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Apply product and service knowledge to guide customers and recommend solutions.
- Document interactions and follow internal procedures to maintain quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent French (C1) and English (B1) proficiency.
- Basic computer literacy.
