About the role
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative in the banking sector, based in Cairo. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality support and ensuring a smooth, satisfying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers via phone and other channels.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and adhere to service standards.
- Handle technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
- Document interactions accurately and follow up to guarantee resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Required profile
- Graduate or dropout with a valid military certificate.
- No prior experience required; fresh candidates are welcome.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication skills and a readiness to start immediately.
