Delivery Supervisor I

About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Supervisor I to manage the safe handling, loading and dispatch of finished products from our factory. The role ensures that both local and export deliveries are executed on schedule, oversees the preparation of required export documentation, and leads a delivery crew to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise delivery crews, monitor performance and quality of work.
• Move transferred goods to final delivery locations and oversee trailer loading according to HSE procedures.
• Prepare daily delivery schedules, print packing lists, verify loading sequences and use the Baan system for DEM flow.
• Coordinate with the PRO to submit and obtain approval for export documents from relevant ministries and chambers of commerce.
• Prepare special packing lists for export deliveries as required by customer contracts.
• Review outstanding sales orders, monitor export deliveries and provide shipping documents to plant management and project engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures, use personal protective equipment and keep work areas organized.
• Maintain tools, equipment and machinery, report unsafe acts and contribute to QHSE audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or high school graduate.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar delivery or logistics supervisory role.
• Strong organizational abilities and knowledge of industry loading practices.

Required skills

• Baan ERP system proficiency.
• Knowledge of local and international transport procedures.
• Understanding of export regulations and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) procedures.
