Efficiency Industrial Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Efficiency Industrial Engineer to drive resource optimization across our value streams. The role focuses on assessing current performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvement projects to enhance capacity, labor utilization, and overall productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct studies to identify process and product quality, capacity constraints, and bottlenecks; recommend corrective actions.
• Balance utilization across value streams, highlight under‑utilization, and propose optimal changeover matrices, economic batch sizes, and production sequences.
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to define line staffing, equipment layouts, and material flows aligned with long‑term plant objectives.
• Maintain capacity analyses, work with Planning to secure a 12‑month horizon for capacity, volume, and utilization outlook.
• Suggest and implement performance improvement ideas, such as SMED, ergonomics enhancements, and TRS road‑maps.
• Develop and maintain standards for capacity (SOCs), labor, and excesses; administer performance monitoring in the Production Performance Monitoring Software.
• Generate periodic scorecards, factory reports, and benchmark data; represent Industrial Engineering in daily FMOS meetings.
• Act as custodian of line KPI reporting and drive improvement on critical red‑flag metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial engineering, production optimization, or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to quantify constraints and evaluate improvement opportunities.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with operations, maintenance, planning, and engineering teams.
• Detail‑oriented approach to maintain data accuracy and generate clear performance reports.
