English Second Language Instructor

About the role

The AI Language Academy seeks a full‑time English Second Language Instructor to join its on‑site team in Al Jizah, Egypt. You will teach adult learners using a CEFR‑aligned curriculum that emphasizes practical workplace communication, speaking, and listening.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑prepared CEFR‑aligned lessons to small, capped groups of adult learners.
• Facilitate communicative, task‑based activities that develop real‑world workplace English skills.
• Provide individualized, constructive feedback and track learner performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistent application of Communicative Language Teaching principles.
• Participate in periodic training, calibration sessions, and diagnostic or trial lessons for prospective learners.

Required profile

• Strong background in teaching English as a foreign language, preferably with adult or higher‑education experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Communicative Language Teaching and managing interactive small groups.
• Native‑level or near‑native English proficiency with clear, professional communication.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, professional classroom environment.

Required skills

• Comfort using digital teaching platforms and AI‑assisted meeting or note‑taking tools.
