Entry-Level Real Estate Agent

About the role

The Address Investments is looking for a motivated Fresh Real Estate Agent to join its Cairo team. You will support clients in buying and investing in residential and commercial properties, guiding them through the entire transaction process while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Match clients with suitable properties from the company’s portfolio.
• Conduct property tours and present project details.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with developers to secure offers that meet client needs.
• Learn and apply the company’s sales methodology.
• Participate in regular training sessions and collaborate with team members.

Required profile

• Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a Real Estate License.
• Foundational knowledge of real‑property concepts.
• Strong interest in the Cairo and wider Egypt/Middle‑East real‑estate market.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to build trust.
• Basic sales skills, including negotiation and lead follow‑up.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, on‑site environment.
• Fluency in Arabic; good command of English is a plus.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field, or a motivated fresh graduate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Comfort using CRM or sales platforms.
