About the role
Evivva Holding is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer in Cairo. The role provides high‑level administrative assistance, ensuring the CEO’s schedule and commitments run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare expense reports, track reimbursements, and handle related documentation.
- Draft, review, and format correspondence, presentations, and board materials.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for confidential information.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting executive meetings and follow‑up actions.
- Assist with special projects and proactively address issues to optimize the CEO’s time.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting C‑level executives in an administrative capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace.
