Export Manager – Frozen Foods (10+ yrs experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to lead our frozen food export operations, focusing on IQF products. The role involves market development, sales execution, and coordination across supply chain and compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify priority export markets, distributors, and channel partners.
• Build sales pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and close export contracts.
• Plan production allocation, manage cold‑chain shipments, and resolve transit issues.
• Prepare export documentation, certificates of origin, and sanitary/phytosanitary paperwork to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, production, and finance to align product specifications, shelf life, and pricing with market needs.
• Track KPIs, forecast demand, and report on sales performance and margins.

Required profile

• 10+ years of export sales and logistics experience in frozen foods, IQF products, or FMCG.
• Proven leadership in a managerial role.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as French or Spanish are a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and resilience under pressure.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
