Finance Internship – Banking & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Intern to support daily banking and cash‑flow activities at Hayat’s Nasr City office. The role offers hands‑on exposure to accounting processes, foreign‑currency handling in SAP and interaction with the sales and export teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily Bank Position Reports to verify account balances.
• Enter foreign‑currency updates in SAP and distribute the related files.
• Monitor LG expiration dates and coordinate renewals with the sales department.
• Generate monthly cash‑flow and cash‑report statements for Hayat Egypt and its subsidiaries.
• Process bank transfer orders, obtain GM approval, and send Swift confirmations.
• Provide credit advice for incentives and sub‑quality certificates to AR & Accounting.
• Compile export cash‑inflow collection reports and follow up with the export sales team.
• Conduct monthly physical counts of petty cash.

Required profile

• Academic background in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑departmental coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP for financial transactions.
