Hotel Relations & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Hotel Relations & Business Development Executive to build and nurture partnerships with hotels, concierge teams, and tourism stakeholders. The role combines deep knowledge of luxury hospitality standards with a strong network in the industry to drive referrals and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hotel management, concierge teams, and hospitality partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate partnership agreements.
• Promote company services to increase guest referrals and revenue.
• Conduct regular hotel visits to ensure service quality and partner satisfaction.
• Organise product presentations, training sessions and familiarisation visits for hotel staff.
• Monitor partner performance, analyse sales data and implement initiatives to maximise referrals.
• Coordinate with Operations to guarantee seamless service delivery for hotel guests.
• Track competitor activities and market trends in hospitality and tourism.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports and performance analyses.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions and hospitality functions.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Hotel Concierge in a 4‑star or 5‑star property.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, hotel relations or business development.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Existing network of hotel contacts and concierge relationships.
