About the role
Nomakkin is seeking a full‑time Remote Human Resources Specialist to support its HR operations. You will help shape HR policies, manage employee benefits, and ensure a positive workplace environment for a company that provides professional investigation and risk analysis services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and support personnel well‑being.
- Organise and streamline HR processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide day‑to‑day personnel management, including conflict resolution and team coordination.
- Foster a productive and inclusive remote work culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Human Resources or HR Management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and ability to apply them effectively.
- Experience managing employee benefits and personnel well‑being.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with remote‑work tools and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in risk analysis or corporate investigations is a plus.
