Junior Accountant (Odoo)

About the role

Dimofinf is looking for a Junior Accountant to join its finance team in a hybrid setting. You will work with the Odoo ERP system to handle daily accounting tasks, support month‑end and year‑end closings, and provide accurate financial information for management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, and process invoices in Odoo.
• Configure and maintain Odoo financial modules, ensuring data integrity.
• Generate financial reports, dashboards, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor compliance with internal controls and local financial regulations.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to improve accounting workflows.
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP, especially its accounting and finance modules.
• Proficiency with standard office and finance tools such as spreadsheets.
• Ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and propose solutions.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement from Qesm 1st Nasser City and home.
