Leasing Supervisor

About the role

The Leasing Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in New Cairo. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations on assigned real‑estate development projects, ensuring construction and finishing activities meet the approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor construction and finishing works to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly and report status updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction or real‑estate development projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools (advantageous).
