Principal Finishing Engineer – Architectural

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Finishing Engineer to lead all finishing activities on large‑scale construction sites. You will ensure that architectural finishes are executed to the highest quality, on schedule, and in full compliance with drawings, standards, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor finishing works according to approved drawings, methods, and safety rules.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and tools and lead site personnel to meet project timelines.
• Interpret construction drawings, contract documents, and standards to guarantee compliance.
• Provide technical support to civil and architectural teams and coordinate with electrical and mechanical groups.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards and address any safety or technical issues promptly.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings, delivering progress updates and resolving concerns.
• Prepare daily site reports, inspection requests, estimates, and other documentation to support the Site Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in finishing work on large building projects such as malls or hotels.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, standards, and regulations.
• Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and detail‑orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
