Production Shift Leader

About the role

The Production Shift Leader is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Markaz El Sadat. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that production plans are executed efficiently and that quality standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes to achieve daily output targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and address any deviations promptly.
• Supervise and mentor team members, coordinating shift handovers for seamless operations.
• Organise and deliver training sessions to improve team performance.
• Maintain and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to sustain productivity.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
