Production & Toll Coordinator

About the role

The Production & Toll Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of manufacturing and toll‑manufacturing activities for Hygint Pharmaceutical Company in Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures production targets are met while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal production and external toll‑manufacturing operations.
• Create detailed production plans and schedules.
• Monitor progress against deadlines and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Support project‑management tasks related to manufacturing projects.
• Track production performance and implement organizational strategies for seamless operations.

Required profile

• Strong production planning and management capabilities.
• Proficiency in project‑management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceuticals or a related field.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical production processes is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently on‑site and handle multiple priorities.
