Project Manager – Education Projects

About the role

The Armanious Foundation seeks a proactive Project Manager to drive its education‑sector programmes. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing development projects that align with the foundation’s mission of sustainable social impact. The role requires close collaboration with partners, donors, and community stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication channels with internal teams and external partners in the education field.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for education development initiatives.
• Coordinate the implementation of project activities, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Monitor project performance, collect data, and produce evaluation reports to measure impact.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in education, healthcare, or related NGOs.
• Educational or professional background in education or healthcare is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in non‑governmental or CSR environments.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with project management software and general office applications.
