Real Estate Agent – Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Cairo office. You will guide clients through buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties, leveraging our data‑backed approach and extensive developer network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in property search, arrange viewings, negotiate terms and manage closing processes.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of buyers, sellers and renters.
• Conduct market research and prepare accurate property listings.
• Coordinate with developers to present suitable projects and provide data‑driven insights.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Follow up leads, deliver high‑quality customer service and work with the RED team to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of property principles.
• Knowledge of local market trends, valuation and transaction processes.
• Proven sales abilities – prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate in Cairo (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and handle multiple clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic digital tools such as CRM systems, email and spreadsheets.
